COMMUNITY LIVING CENTER (CLC)

What is the Community Living Center?

The Community Living Center (CLC) is an assisted housing facility for mentally ill consumers. This program is a joint effort between the Housing Authority and the Agency. Clients who qualify are placed in an apartment with a roommate. Rent is based on the client's ability to pay. Case management is provided by Agency mental health staff. Placement in this facility is a step in the process toward independent living within the community.
