The Conditional Release Program (ConRep) is a state program that provides a system of treatment and monitoring adults diagnosed with a mental illness, who are conditionally released from a Forensic State Hospital by the Superior Court or the Board of Prison Terms. HHSA contracts to provide services for Kings and Tulare Counties.
