What are the Health Care Centers?

Four Health Care Centers located throughout Tulare County provide quality care to people of all ages - from well-baby checkups for newborns, to flu vaccinations for seniors. The care you can count on comes with the commitment of over 73 years of service to you, your family and your community. Appointments are available at all locations. We have interpreters available and flexible payment options. Staff are also available to assist you in applying for Medi-Cal, Medi Cal Managed Care, CHDP and Healthy Families.
