Does Tulare County have an AIDS/HIV testing program?

Tulare County's HIV/AIDS Education and Prevention Program provides education to community groups, especially those at high risk, to prevent the spread of this disease. The Tulare County Health & Human Services Health Care Clinics at the following locations provide HIV/AIDS testing. Times are subject to change. Contact the clinic to verify dates and times.
