What is the Transitional Living Center?

The Transitional Living Center (TLC) is a 38-bed facility designed to provide residential care for consumers who have historically required treatment in locked facilities. This time-limited program focuses on treatment that will assist consumers in developing the skills necessary to reside in a more independent living community.
