The Administration Branch provides the Agency with services in the areas of Environmental Quality, Fiscal, Human Resources, Emergency Services, Animal Control, Facilities, Marketing and Training. The Branch provides the Agency with contract administration, fiscal management, and auditing services; oversees the operation, maintenance and improvement of Agency facilities; maintains and develops systems that support information management and Internet services; develops marketing and media strategies to support Agency Service delivery strategies; plans and schedules Agency wide staff training and development programs. Administration plans, develops, implements, and maintains support and processes, which ensure staff can service the residents of Tulare County.
Even though the divisions within Administration are primarily support departments, whose role is to facilitate the delivery of service to the community at large, Animal Control provides services directly to the community at large.
