Quality Improvement Matrix - 2009-2010
The Quality Improvement (QI) Work Plan Matrix is an attachment to the Quality Improvement Work Plan narrative. Although similar to the QI Work Plan, the QI Matrix is grouped according to six (6) major review categories. They are:
- Regulatory Oversight
-
Service Delivery Capacity
- Accessibility of Services
- Beneficiary Satisfaction
- Coordination of Care
-
Cultural Competency and Linguistic Standards
The QI Matrix allows mental health staff and community stakeholders to more closely examine the specific issues that have been identified for review, the activities associated with tracking relevant data, departmental responsibility, and completion date. It should be noted that when reviewing the QI Matrix for 2009-2010, there is data that has not, as yet, been collected or tasks that are complete. The QI Matrix is a working document that may change depending on the many issues the System of Care may encounter throughout the year.
