Mental Health Board Committee Roster

Tulare County Mental Health Board membership requirements are established by the Welfare & Institutions (W&I) Code, Sections 5604-5604.5.  At least fifty percent of the Board membership must be comprised of mental health consumers and family members.  Terms of membership are set at three years and are staggered to ensure that one-third of the membership terms expire during each year.  Membership of the Board should be representative of the ethnic diversity of the population served.
