IMMUNIZATION ACTION PLAN (IAP) CLINICS


Immunization Calendar for VFC eligible children.

Public Health Services Division, Immunization Action Plan program continues to provide free immunizations to Vaccine for Children (VFC) eligible candidates who include children 2 months through school age (18 years). At the above sites, no fee is charged and no appointment is needed.  A parent must be with the child and bring any past immunization records.  For questions or further information, call 1-800-834-7121.
 

Adult Travel Clinic at 1150 South K Street, Tulare.

Adult vaccinations that may be needed for traveling out of the country and vaccines needed for work or school. There is a fee for most vaccines.  We have Pertussis (Whooping Cough) and flu shots, too. Please call 687-6811 (English) or 687-6817 (Spanish) to schedule an appointment or with any questions.
