Comprehensive Perinatal Services

The goal of Comprehensive Perinatal Services (CPSP) is to decrease low birth weights and improve pregnancy outcomes within Tulare County. CPSP is located in every county in California. It has been a part of the Medi-Cal program since 1987 and was developed after a pilot program showed that comprehensive care saved $2.00 for every $1.00 spent on the program.
