Outreach for Healthy Pregnancy

Outreach for Healthy Pregnancy is available for any pregnant woman interested in receiving free services to assist her with early comprehensive prenatal care.

Community Health Technicians provide home visitation to reduce barriers to care, educate, and connect to services such as: needed resources in the community for housing, clothing, food, nutrition, prenatal vitamins, folic acid, breastfeeding, and the harmful effects of alcohol, tobacco and drugs.
