Cleanup of Leaking Underground Fuel Storage Tanks

The Local Oversight Program (LOP) provides oversight for the investigation and clean up of leaking underground fuel tank (LUFT) sites throughout Tulare County, under the delegated authority of the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
