Water

The Tulare County Environmental Health Water Surveillance Program ensures a safe and potable water supply for consumers.  Water Surveillance includes the inspection, sampling and evaluation of small public water systems.

Small public water Systems are those with 5 to 199 service connections providing domestic water supply to consumers.  The California Department of Public Health delegates the enforcement of State drinking water requirements for Tulare County to the Tulare County Public Health Environmental Health Division.
