Public Pools and Spas

This program assures public recreational waters and public swimming pools and spas are free of safety hazards, disease and life threatening occurrences. Public swimming pools and spas are inspected, evaluated, and tested for water quality, proper recirculation, and maintenance.

Beginning January 1, 2010, the Virginia Graham Baker Act will be implemented in Tulare County due to the passing of  Assembly Bill 1020 into California Law.
