Why should I immunize my child?
Immunizations will keep your baby safe from some very dangerous diseases, so get them on time. Your baby will need the first immunizations at six to eight weeks of age. The Immunization Schedule shows when these are due. Get each one on time to protect your baby. Make an appointment now with your doctor or clinic for the first immunizations.
Where do I get my child's immunization record?
The doctor or nurse will provide you with your baby's immunization record. Take this record with you whenever your baby visits the doctor or clinic. You also will need to show the record when your child goes to child care and school.
