How can I keep from becoming dependent on alcohol or drugs?

Tulare County collaborates with schools, law enforcement agencies and community groups to provide and assist with drug and alcohol prevention activities throughout the county. When requested, we provide alcohol and drug presentations to other agencies throughout Tulare County. Treatment and prevention services are conducted through a network of providers throughout the community to provide our residents a whole continuum of care.
