Preventive Health Care for the Aging (PHCA) clinics are staffed by Public Health nurses who provide health assessments, counseling, teaching and referral. This service is provided at many of the senior nutrition sites or other community sites throughout Kings and Tulare Counties to adults over the age of 55.
