How can the Perinatal Outreach & Education (P.O.E.) help me?

In this program we maintain and establish, coordinate and integrate an outreach system for low income, high-risk women of childbearing age. The Community Health Technician staff work to:

• increase access to care
• referrals and health education
• discontinuing tobacco and substance abuse prevention
